Catherine has extensive musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience in public and private healthcare both in the UK and Australia. Catherine worked as an Extended Scope Practitioner in the UK, working alongside Orthopaedic Surgeons training in advanced care for spinal and lower-limb conditions at Guys’ and St Thomas NHS Trust, London and the multidisciplinary Foot and Ankle team at Imperial College NHS Trust.
She completed her MSc (Pain: Science and Society) at Kings College London in 2012, and is one of the founding members of the Association of Foot and Ankle Physiotherapists (AFAP, UK). Since returning from the UK, Catherine has worked for the Northern Private Pain Clinic, and undertaken research with the Pain Management Research Institute (University of Sydney). Currently, she works at All About Physio, and is an invited lecturer for the Doctorate of Physiotherapy, Macquarie University and examiner on the MSc in Medicine (Pain Management), through the University of Sydney.
