  • Eat a balanced diet
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes per day
  • Have regular health checks
  • Limit alcohol to 14 standard drinks per week

What are the top health concerns for men?

How do I know if I have an STI (sexually transmitted infection)?

If you are or have been sexually active, you may have an STI. Some STIs don’t produce symptoms other than infertility if left untreated, so you may not know if you have one.
