TRAVEL MEDICINE
If you are planning an overseas holiday you may wish to consult one of our doctors for travel advice to ensure you stay healthy during your trip. You should plan to see your Doctor at least 4-6 weeks before travelling, to ensure adequate time for vaccines to work if they are required. In consultation your doctor will determine the need for any vaccinations or anti-malaria medication required. The most common infection acquired overseas, by far, is influenza.
