Biography: Dr Roseverne Grew up on the Lower North Shore and northern beaches of Sydney. He studied Science at University of Sydney, majoring in Entomology and was subsequently employed by various state and territory agricultural departments in programs to eradicate exotic pest fruit fly species. He again attended the University of Sydney, studying a Master of Teaching, and spent the next 10 years working as a teacher at Bilingual Indigenous School in very remote northeast Arnhemland. This is where Dr Roseverne met his awesome wife, Melissa, and started his family which now has four children. Becoming more interested in the medical aspect of his teaching job, he applied for medical school and attended the University of Wollongong Graduate Medical School and graduated in 2014. Dr Roseverne spent his initial two post graduate years at the Tweed Hospital where he developed relationships with many of the local specialist teams. Since then he has loved living and working in the wonderful Kingscliff community.
