Dr Rhys Bennett is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a graduate of Bond University Medical School, where he was awarded the Dean’s Academic Excellence Award. He enjoys the full breadth of general practice and is dedicated to providing patient-centred, holistic care.

Before embarking on his medical career, Dr Bennett worked as a medical sonographer, bringing over a decade of experience in diagnostic imaging. This background has enriched his clinical practice with a strong foundation in patient communication, procedural skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Dr Bennett values the opportunity to build long-term therapeutic relationships with his patients and is committed to supporting their health and wellbeing across all stages of life.

Outside of medicine, Dr Bennett enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, wakeboarding, and enjoying the beautiful Northern Rivers.
